This is how it goes

We want the time and commitment you invest in an application to us to provide good opportunities for your application to be approved, so start by contacting us at the development office. We can tell us more about the leader method, criteria for selecting projects and what is good to consider when writing an application. The conversation contributes to us jointly refining the idea and finding the core of the project idea that can become a successful leader project.

Four steps to your project

A project is a process in several steps. To begin with, there must be a development idea, something that can be refined and summarized into a concrete project and a formal project application must be written. Thereafter, the project, if approved, should be implemented according to the conditions and regulations that exist. Finally, the project should be completed and reported.

Step 1

Get started

Start by writing down your idea, and take contact with us at the development office at an early stage. The aspects you need to consider are:

What change do you want to happen in your area?

– Who benefits from the project? Project support through Leader can be granted for initiatives that benefit many, often a broader public.

– Does the project contribute to fulfilling the goals in our strategy

– What target group does the project have? For whom should the change/solution to the problems occur?

– How is the project idea anchored locally? Projects funded by Leader Skåne Mitt Nordväst should be beneficial to many and requested by those affected by the project.– Which actors should.

collaborate in the project? A basic condition for support through Leader Skåne Mitt Nordväst is that the project is carried out in collaboration. This means that three or more collaborating parties together implement an initiative for common benefit. – What.

activities do you want to carry out? (Briefly) – What should the project result in/what is the

goal ? (Briefly)-Is there local engagement with individuals/actors who want to invest volunteer time?

– How much do you expect the project to

cost ? At this stage, an approximateamount is sufficient. How long do you.

expect the project will need to be implemented? Use the template below and send it in to
