About the project

The project aims to improve accessibility and safety at a planned vintage store by establishing a functional parking area and a path that safely leads visitors onto the property. The initiative reduces the risk of illegal parking and traffic hazardous situations while making it possible to accommodate more customers.

The vintage store will offer clothing and accessories primarily from the 1930s to the 1960s and complement the existing mix of flea markets, second-hand stores, and retro dealers in the local area. By contributing to the circular economy and collaborating with other local actors, the project aims to strengthen both trade and tourism in the area.

The goal is also to create more reasons for visitors to stay longer in the area, discover more businesses, and take part in the offerings available around Södersåsen. In this way, the project can contribute to increased attractiveness for the area and create positive effects for local businesses and destinations.
