About the feasibility study
The feasibility study aims to lay the foundation for a joint toxin-free cultivation focused on sustainable food production, toxin-free cultivation and local preparedness.
The feasibility study includes:
- Lectures, workshops, and study visits in cultivation, seed cultivation, food craftsmanship, and food preparedness.
- The formation of a working group with future village growers.
- Sketches and land preparations on the leased land from Hörby municipality.
- Investigation of the conditions for a food-approved kitchen for processing and storage.
The purpose is clear: to strengthen the community's self-sufficiency, reduce the carbon footprint through local production and short supply chains, and create a community around sustainable food production.
In the long term, the project will make Önneköp more self-sustaining, resilient, and sustainable.
