Learning in and out 2.0
For several years, we have focused on the Leader Method to develop a concept to include people who, due to functional variations, are far from the labor market, and who often also find themselves in a state of exclusion in society as a whole.
About the project
For several years we have with focus on the Leader method developed a concept to include people who due to functional variations are far from the labor market, and often also end up in a marginalization in society as a whole.
We are now working to spread information about what we do and who we are, in order to inspire more small-scale initiatives on the large group of people who are outside society.
In connection with starting a training on how to spread information and build lectures, it has emerged that many in the target group need basic knowledge of how society works.
The target group has identified household economics, cooking/nutrition, and social studies based on the services they need to be able to control their life choices. This includes, for example, regulations regarding banking matters, social insurance, the tax agency, and more. The target group can also receive help with how to pass the theory test and practical test for a driver's license for a car, A-tractor, and EU moped.
