Lessebo & Tingsryd municipality | April 15–17

Welcome to join an inspiring conference trip where we will delve into how municipalities can work to reduce the number of abandoned houses while creating opportunities for new residents over three days. Through study visits in Lessebo and Tingsryd, you will get two different examples of how abandoned house work can be conducted, both long-term in regular operations and through a targeted project initiative.

During the trip, you will gain insights into concrete methods, working approaches, and lessons learned with a focus on how you as a municipal official or politician can implement the experiences in your own organization – from mapping and collaboration to tools and long-term anchoring.

The conference trip is primarily aimed at municipal officials and politicians in the Leader area who want inspiration, practical knowledge, and new perspectives on how abandoned houses can become part of local development, housing supply, and increased place attractiveness.
