Our borrowers at Fritidsbanken in Klippan range from the very youngest, preschool children, whom we have active every day in the athletics hall adjacent to our Fritidsbank – to the much older generations. Children and young people are a target group that is close to my heart, and with a lot of sedentary behavior, it is a group worth investing in.
For me, Fritidsbanken is about creating opportunities and lowering the barriers to an active and meaningful leisure time. To give children and young people the chance to try, discover, and find something they enjoy – regardless of circumstances.
Fritidsbanken is more than lending out sports and leisure equipment. It’s about inspiration, community, and daring to try something new. You might find your new favorite sport, a new leisure activity, or just the joy of doing something together with others.
