Despite the fact that Skåne is a densely populated region, there are houses that stand empty and unused in our rural areas – while there are people longing to move out to the countryside. By suggesting to us about uninhabited houses in any of the 13 municipalities included in Leader Skåne Mitt Nordväst, you help us gain an overview of properties that may be able to be used again.

Tips from people who live in or have connections to the community are particularly valuable. Often, one knows the house's history and the owner's situation, which can make a big difference for us when we make first contact to see if there are thoughts about selling.
