our support
Leader Skåne My Northwest has different types of support. Support for leader projects, project support for businesses, as well as different types of smaller support. Here you will find current support that you can apply for. Keep in mind that more forms of support may be added during the period!
Always contact us at the office before you apply for support. And don't forget to test your idea against our checklist first!
Leader projects
For leader projects you can receive up to 100 percent funding for actual costs. You need to contribute to your leader project through your own engagement, often in the form of voluntary work or voluntary resources. You need to have at least three collaborating partners.
Feasibility study – Do you have a development idea but are unsure if it can be implemented? Then it may be appropriate to conduct a feasibility study to clarify the conditions for an implementation project. It is important to remember that each feasibility study application must address identified needs and lead to new knowledge that can be applied in practice.
Project support for businesses
Project support for businesses is a form of business support. Here, businesses can receive up to 40–70 percent of the expenses that qualify for support, and a maximum of 200,000 kronor in support for initiatives aimed at developing the business. From October 16, 2025, this will be raised to 300,000 kronor.
The business needs to collaborate with someone else who also benefits from the initiative, such as another business or an association. It is also an advantage if the initiative contributes to some form of public benefit or general local development.
Project support for businesses is applied for in the same way as a leader project.
Collaborative projects
Projects can in some cases include several leader areas, these are then called collaborative projects. It should concern a concrete project idea and meet common needs. Collaborative projects can be carried out by
- support recipients in a leader area who want to collaborate with one or more support recipients in other leader areas, within Sweden or the EU
- one or more leader areas that want to collaborate, within Sweden or the EU
You can also have a preparatory collaborative project that involves searching for one or more partners in other leader areas. Those involved in a collaborative project must sign a collaboration agreement.
