Final report

Time to finish your project? Here's how you do it!

What is a final report?

When your project is completed and all expenses are paid, it's time to apply for the final payment. Remember that the application must be submitted before the project's end date! Always start by contacting us at the Leader Office.

Some advice along the way

Get in touch with us at the office first

When you finish the project, it's time to apply for the final payment and report. You do this via My pages at the Swedish Board of Agriculture's website. There you will also find support and instructions for how an application for payment works.

Keep in mind to contact us at the office before you submit the application for final payment. We will help you and review your documentation and reporting. We do this to reduce the risk of unapproved expenses being reported. Such errors cannot be corrected afterwards and may lead to deductions from the support amount.

Here's how to finalize your report

To apply for the final payment, log in just like you did when you submitted the application, with your bank ID on My Pages at the Swedish Board of Agriculture's website.

When you are logged in, you will find a menu on the left. There you select ”e-services within my pages” and then ”business support, project support, and environmental investments.” Then press the button ”Start the service.”.

Here you now select ”Application for payment” and then a ”Final payment”.

The final report looks the same as a partial report, but it contains more questions about the project and its results. The costs are reported in the same way, however.

Be proactive!

In your decision, the project's end date is stated, and the application for final payment must have been received by the Swedish Board of Agriculture by this date at the latest. If you apply too late, you will receive a deduction from the granted support.

If you, for any reason, cannot finalize the project on time, it is important that you apply for an extension. This should be done before the project's original end date.

Tips!

✓ Plan the work on the final report in good time
It takes time to finalize the report, so do it well before the end date.

✓ Start by reviewing the project plan/application for project support
The final report should relate to the project plan/application for project support and reflect the outcome of what was planned at the start of the project. The project application should also indicate how you planned to evaluate the project.

✓ If you have had an employed project manager in the project, it may be valuable to involve them in the final reporting. Otherwise, we at the office are also available if you wish for support in the work.

✓ The final report should be understandable without having read previous information about the project. In the report, you should report the project's subject, execution, and reasons for the result. Keep in mind that it may also be interesting to report any deviations and experiences.
